DMCA Policy for Cuando Es El Dia De La Mujer

Cuando Es El Dia De La Mujer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent identified above. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter Notice must include substantially the following:

  • Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Cuando Es El Dia De La Mujer may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person."
  • Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, Cuando Es El Dia De La Mujer will forward it to the complaining party. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on Cuando Es El Dia De La Mujer within 10-14 business days, then we may restore the material or re-enable access to it.
